I’ve spent most of my life inside the creative world learning how various art is made, shared, priced, and sustained over time. My work now is helping artists make sense of that process so they don’t have to guess their way through it alone.
What I’ve learned after years in the creative world
I started working in creative spaces in the mid-2000s, long before social media told artists how they were “supposed” to show up. I’ve seen the cycles, the trends, the burnout, and the quiet confusion that comes from trying to turn your craft into income without structure.
What I noticed again and again was this:
creative weren’t failing because they lacked talent… they were overwhelmed by decisions they were never taught how to make.
Pricing.
Visibility.
Direction.
What to focus on first.
So I began studying the patterns behind those moments... and building systems to replace the stress with clarity.
That work eventually became the Art Price Lab… and the foundation of how I support artists today.
